      We love our clients too - when we say we're part of the audience and part of the community we mean every audience we serve: readers, advertisers, colleagues. It's great to hear that you really felt this. We know we've got some work to do when it comes to making the career progression in Future clearer for people - when you've grown through as many acquisitions as we have, it can get a little complex. We've just started the first part of that piece of work by defining our job families and we think that and the other stuff we have planned will really help people see where in Future they can make their career fly.

      * Large company now but thinks like a startup so still nimble * Rewarding for people who are results oriented * Plenty of opportunity for advancement * CEO is straightforward and transparent, willing to answer tough questions * Opportunity to share in company success with profit pool and VCP
