- Great coworkers who are passionate about what they do - Casual environment - Ability to work on a variety of projects - Bagel Fridays!

Cons

- Confused leadership, one month it's one direction and the next it's something else - Top heavy with management - Tons of talented people without enough resources to do really amazing stuff

Vacation time (although many scrambled to take it before they lost it b/c of too many accrued days), free basic health plan and good paid option. They play up Friday bagels as a benefit. But I don't buy that. Best was the week b/w christmas and new year's off. Everyone's gone. no guilt.

Cons

Too much information shared among too few people. People are very territorial about what they share with whom. Seems competitive within one's own dept. No delegation. No room for advancement. Company behind in digital initiatives and has had a number of layoffs as a result. Magazines are all silos. No common

The company has changed a lot in the past two years I have been there. I had hope in the new management for a while but it has been extremely disappointing.
