Benefits are the best part

Cons

Work is repetitive. You don'y really have any avenue to move up since there is no internal review system. Management is poor, there is high turn over and constant changes to structure. Goals constantly change. You will be scapegoated by supervisors. Zero company culture. Below average pay structure, and no foreseeable bonus. Beware of overtly positive reviews.

Flexible hybrid work from home.

Cons

Bonus is based on overall company performance, so if the company is hitting it's market targets and then everyone does not get a bonus regardless of whether sector you're working in does better than the others.
