-Best boss I have ever had (fair, continuous help and training, and understanding) -unbelievable team of smart, genuine, and friendly people -large company that is growing fast -company culture

-high turnover in sales department, which leads to mistakes due to lack of experience/training -stressful at times with tight deadlines
