Business Outlook
Pros
Very competent management and HR team. The hiring process was straightforward and communication was quick. I had to retake my polygraph twice, but they were able to schedule it quickly and get me in country as soon as I passed.
Cons
As a sub-contractor you're not going to be making the kind of money that those on the primary contract are making. That's just a reality of the business and not necessarily a fault of Future Tech.
