Pros

The staff does their best with what resources they have. Some teams have good managers.

Cons

Headquarters is short staffed. Systems and processes are very outdated. Nothing has changed since the 1990s with some. No communication from the CEO. Employees are lacking basic communication tools throughout the organization.
