Coworkers are friendly Company is a good size for you to learn many different paths of the construction job field

Management blames everyone else Scheduling and logistics done with zero thought Management lies about pay raises No mobility unless you personally know the owners Full on nepotism. Less qualified people get raises first with less experience bc they know the people there Zero regard for user safety. Zero equipment give when working around clouds of silica dust. There was also zero safety training about any of the hazardous materials you work with. Had to figure it all out on your own. During the interview process HR will lie to you to get you to work there. You will work overtime with zero extra pay
