      - Fast paced, results-driven work place with a lot of opportunity to be recognized for accomplishments - Generous perks and compensation is directly correlated to commitment and contribution to the company - Satisfying and fulfilling work where impact within the company can be noticed - A lot of freedom to explore unique solutions and express individualism - Beautiful work environment aimed at providing the employees a relaxed atmosphere

      Cons

      This niche market utilizes complex technology that is not commonly known. Success within the company is determined by the individual's aptitude to learn and their ability to digest and apply this understanding. Not really a con since this is described in detail in each of the company's job descriptions.

      Pros

      Is it cheating to say "an 8 time SA Best Place to Work" and end the review here? That really says it all. I love what I do, the people I work with are great, and I believe it when everyone says we're building a billion dollar company.

      Cons

      Futurex is only a good fit for people who want a job they can invest themselves in. People who are just looking for a paycheck and a clock to punch will find themselves in over their heads here.

      Pros

      Futurex competes for Tier 1 accounts globally against multi-billion dollar competitors. Our success is earned each day by the individual contribution of our entire team. It takes hard work, dedication and teamwork to maintain our success in the market year after year! I have tremendous respect for my fellow employees and enjoy being part of the team. Our success in the market makes my job fun and the work day flies by. Also, very proud to talk about our company to family and friends!

      Cons

      Employees get hired that are not cut-out for our company. The technology is very sophisticated and we are fast paced. Some blame the company for their lack of success and become negative. These employees are distracting and a drain on the positive energy on our campus. Managers seem to invest more of their time in these employees as well.

      Thanks for the great input! We will never compromise on the quality of employees we seek out, rest assured. When we bring someone on board, if they're up to the challenge, they've found an unbeatable long-term career (and we have the tenured employees to prove it!).
