Pros

Some people that work there are genuinely good people

Cons

MANY OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Read through them and ask yourself if they sound real or not. They all mention the "challenging work culture" as the only negative. You can tell that they are all written by the exact same person within Futurex. I assure you 100% that these reviews are false. The whole company is run by the children of the CEO. If you aren't buddy buddy with the children, then your time is likely limited. They also are put in their positions because they are family and not because of their management experience, which means the company is mismanaged and results in frequent layoffs and huge turnover. To illustrate this point, in every new hire's contract is a 90 day clause that states that all employees will be re-evaluated after 90 days to decide whether or not they want to keep you. You won't find any information about this in your offer, but on the first day they will put it in front of you and ask you to sign (it's obviously too late to say no at that point). During my time there I saw dozens of people get laid off. Good people and good performers who lost their job to mismanagement. They will also make you promises about how you'll soon get a raise or a promotion after being hired, but they won't follow through on them. Understand the kind of environment you're getting yourself into. They will lie in order to get you to come work there. Is that the kind of situation you want to get yourself into?

Pros

Spurs Games It is more of a fraternity then a company . If you want to work multiple roles at the same company this is the place . I did three roles at the same time while I worked here. This will give you an opportunity to advance your career.

Cons

They will take your deals and not cut you in on the commission after you did all the leg work. The family that operates the company really hinders company progress and growth . They care more about who they work with verses who can actually produce results .(BE PREPARE TO KISS UP) They over promise and under deliverer to their customer all the time (makes your job stressful) Training there is a joke and it will not prepare you for anything. 75 % of the people working here have only had this job in their entire career and this creates a cult mentality Turnover is high The company will expect you to kill yourself so top three people swoop and take in all the money. You are on your OWN and google will not help you. Documentation is a so disorganize and some cases does not exist. You will be a slave if you are not in the inner circle.

Pros

-Cool people -Its a job Not much more to say

Cons

-Code is really buggy -Only young people work here which means nobody really stays long -Salaries is bad I was under the impression that this company would be great to work for but oh was I wrong.....They straight up lie about a lot of things. They cheat when it comes to the voting process for best company to work for........ as not very many people were excited to work here. The people here were very cool though and I would hang out with many of them outside of work however thats one of the few pros. It would be in most peoples best interest to try for another company who pays better, has better code and has a better reputation. Also the ghost reviews on here are hilarious. This company doesn't deserve 1 star but in no way does it deserve 5 stars. If you are thinking to apply for this place, just be careful, most of the time they aren't actually looking to hire anyone even though they will post job offers all of the place on the internet. I was just lucky enough to actually get hired when they were actually looking for people. What they plan to happen is to get their name more well known and make it seem like they are hard to get into. You'll see this throughout the stages of the interview. First at around 4 hours and 20 minutes after sending your application you'll receive an invitation to attend an online webinar talking about them, then you receive a code sample to fix, then if they are "impressed" with the code sample that you send them back, you'll get an onsite interview of which majority of the time they will take about themselves and give almost no interest in you as an individual, then if thy were actually looking for people you'll get a low offer with no negotiation, then a tour(I was told you get the tour regardless if if you get an offer) My advice is to apply other places and only apply to Futurex if you can't get a job anywhere else
