There is a high turnover as of late because the company seems to not want to do much to retain employees. Pay for my role is significantly less than average in the market for someone with my experience. I know others who have been here multiple years and never gotten a raise. There are sizable pay discrepancies across workers with the same job title that don’t seem to be connected to experience, merit, or seniority, illuminated by ex-coworkers who have since left the company. Efforts at increasing morale are limited to department or company-wide zoom meetings that can only be described as pep rallies that are very self-congratulatory for leadership. It is very hypocritical to brag about signing new contracts and bringing in new business at unprecedented rates during these meetings yet claim to not be able to pass along that profit to the workers who made it possible.
