Pros

The people are nice- it’s a relaxed environment-

Cons

The morale is lacking - the company is handling more than it can chew. The training is subpar. You work around the clock. The pay is below average for what they expect. They provide a quarterly bonus, in which is hard to achieve. Turnover constantly. Benefits are horrible!!!
