Pros

Leadership and entire team who really care about both the employees and the client partners. I past software sales jobs with other companies, the products were not ready for release when we started selling. This is the opposite - products and support are AWESOME. The products are great, and work as promised when we sell to the client with HUGE tech and ops support.

Futuri Media is owned and operated with a young, vibrant culture of developing leading edge technology for radio and TV stations. Lots of great ideas, and super cool nerdiness.

Cons

A tendency to micromanage staff projects can hinder creativity. Looking for creative solutions requires employees to have some freedom to navigate.
