Great Co-workers, brand new equipment.
Cons
way to many chiefs, you have utility specialist, team lead, supervisor and then manager all above you, some times double one is American other is Chinese, the screw up your check allot! They cant make up their minds on attendance policy and keep changing it, your work load will change mult. times a day, youll be projected to be slammed all day and 3 hrs later your sent home due to no work either machines broke down or quality error. Your nothing but a number, they don't care about you.
