Pros
- Collaborative and cross culture teams. - Efficient cross-team collaborations - No useless meetings. (Meetings which feels like it could have been done in 15 mins) - Great culture
Cons
- Disconnect in communication at times due to different cultural background, However this is not a dealbreaker. You need to break the ice, and then it is easy from that point. - Sometimes work/life balance dangles.
