Pros

100% Remote after COVID Very inclusive and diverse Decent benefits

Cons

Signed contract with UMR, and on 12/31/2024, over 30% of the workforce was laid off. I expect (although nothing's been announced) that another 35-30% will be laid off by the end of summer. Poor raises don't even keep up with inflation. Became more customer-focused and less employee-focused about 3 years ago, and benefits suffered as a result.

Pros

I love the work I do. Benefits are good.

Cons

The culture is not great. A lot of "we've been here a million years, and you just started, so you don't know how it is..." No one wants to try a new way of doing things because "that's not how we do it." No one trusts anyone else to actually do their job, people tend to assume of others that if there is an opportunity to slack off that they will. They treat others as if they expect the worst and this attitude actually brings that expectation into reality. A little trust and faith in your fellow workers would go a long way.
