Most staff and co-workers are nice and helpful. Good training program. Can work from home after awhile in the office.

Cons

Inappropriate upper nursing management. Mean girl mentality . Ganging up on nurses they didn’t like. They acted professional but it was very aggressive with 2 different nurses I witnessed.

More flexible than most jobs, good work/life balance, culture aligns with my beliefs and values

Cons

Although it is more flexible than most jobs I do wish it was even more flexible. It would be so nice to work any hours as long as we get our 40 hours in especially in the summer so I could do all the fun things with my kids a few days a week.
