Pros

Getting most of the government holidays off.

Cons

You have to take calls for everything, appeals, accounting, ect. Customer care takes all the calls from every part of the business basically.

Pros

My team was flexible with my schedule, as long as I put in 40 hours.

Cons

Over the past years, the generous benefits package, which was a big draw for employees, was changed for the worse. We were told the company had been over valuing its employees. The company is becoming extremely top heavy. Despite claiming there is an open door policy or that they are breaking down silos, the departments are more divided than ever. Also, there is a major lack of communication.
