Pros

Work from home. Still a better than average retirement plan even though they greatly reduced that benefit. Medical insurance is average.

Cons

Seniority means zero so you can literally work here for years and lose a shift to a brand new person because they “earned” it but they aren’t trained to take as many calls as you and they may have literally just hired. One unplanned absence per year but if you use it, that will count against the shift you bid for; everything is micro-managed; negative atmosphere. There are 2 calls splits and one takes 2-3 times the amount of calls as the other. There are senior reps that aren’t trained to take as many calls as those under them. Poor training. All follow-up training is done through electronic articulates where they give you just enough time to read through, no time to take notes and no one to ask questions. Dental and vision insurance coverage are below average.
