Pros

GEHA cares for their members and employees. They have a great work-life balance.

Cons

GEHA is going more corporate than they used to be. It used to be more focused on employees as more of a "mom and pop" insurance company. This allowed for better benefits for the employees. The focus is now more on members (which is great) and saving the company money, but this has taken away from some of the employee benefits.
