Decent PTO, some good team leaders

Cons

No room for promotion, very low pay increases, continuous new job responsibilities, salary divide is huge and many leaders are getting overpaid and getting huge bonuses while other team members don't even get a wage that compensates for the drastic cost of living increase in the past 5 years. In order for employees to get an annual bonus, you only get it if you give good ratings on their annual survey, then the $ amount you get is barley noticable to the common folk but management makes thousands.

I really enjoyed my job and the added responsibilities. I have learned so much during my time.

Cons

No real compensation or adda-boy for the extra assist, and no room for growth. Many of the communities were cut out before I left. Left to pursue other career opportunities.
