Pros

The ability to work remotely.

Cons

Horrible work environment. From the first day that I started, employees were constantly talking negatively about each other and blaming each other for things. There’s no accountability and seemingly a lack of adequate training for various teams. Certain individuals were flat out rude and it wasn’t uncommon to be ignored if you ever reached out to them. Communication is terrible from leadership. You are left in the dark about everything and ultimately blamed for not knowing what’s going on. Also, be prepared for non-stop system issues preventing you from adequately completing your work. Constant computer freezing, systems crashing, etc. and IT being of little to no assistance.

Pros

Work from home available and flexible hours

Cons

Employee for over 10 years, and as the years went by it just went downhill fast. Taken away every perk of being employed at GEHA. They preach care for our members but they do not care for their employees. They will do whatever they need to keep employee costs to a minimum for tenured employees. The pay scale is incredibly off balanced. They pay their top employees extremely high wages and then their is a large gap between upper management and the employees that carry the company. They take advantage of employees by saying they have chances of promotion and even verbally offer pay increases then back track and call it a lateral move because if your internal you must start at the bottom of the pay scale (however if your an outside hire they will pay you more) I have also known several employees that had to quit due to mental breakdowns
