100% Remote after COVID Very inclusive and diverse Decent benefits

Cons

Signed contract with UMR, and on 12/31/2024, over 30% of the workforce was laid off. I expect (although nothing's been announced) that another 35-30% will be laid off by the end of summer. Poor raises don't even keep up with inflation. Became more customer-focused and less employee-focused about 3 years ago, and benefits suffered as a result.
