- Hard working leadership team (not typical corporate folks looking to play golf and not work) - A lot of opportunity to develop and be recognized within - Competitive compensation

Cons

- Start up atmosphere/environment where things change often. If you don't like change or you're not flexible - you would not like working here. - Benefits are mediocre.

Harassment activity, discriminatory practices and very few minorities in key positions.

The salaries are decent and the products are good, benefits are average, but money is not everything if they create impossible environments for employees to work in.

Cons

Limited support to getting answers to tough questions. They may switch the rules of the game after you accept the position. Beware if you are good at what you do and you leave your current position.
