      Pros

      Salary is great for the experience required, better than most at this level. Management was intelligent and extremely helpful Genuinely positive environment across the board Cross-team function was flawless. Remote first company, a truly diverse company. Email and Live Chat only, Easy to maintain KPIs, was never a worry.

      Cons

      None at all on a company level. Entire support team was let go on short notice to consolidate support in one country instead in lieu of quality support, but they made sure those who were made redundant were taken care of so take that as you will.
