Pros

This is an excellent team with a real focus on creating an great culture while building out the infrastructure for rapid growth. People's opinions really matter and there is an emphasis on the important human element of our service business. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and learning. Talent and excellence are appreciated, acknowledged and rewarded. If you like a challenge where your contributions really matter, this is the place for you!

Cons

Because this is an early stage company, there is a high degree of accountability for every member of the team. If you don't bring your A game, it shows and it is known. You will work hard and you will get candid feedback. No one has time to micromanage because everyone has lots of responsibilities to get stuff done. If you are looking for a place where you can just ride out the day, this is not the place for you.

Pros

I love coming to work every day. It is fast paced and we work very hard, but I know what I do has a huge impact on my clients, my colleagues and the business as a whole. I work with people every day in all corners of the globe, and I love the team of people I work with at GP. Our clients LOVE our product and our service. It is refreshing to be the face of a business people love and enjoy working with. The company is also run with a lot of integrity. The management team invests heavily in training and there is a tremendous opportunity for career advancement. Everyone here is positive and upbeat, which makes it a great place to work.

Cons

Start up life is intense. This would not be a good place to work for someone who does not like change or needs a finite list of job duties to accomplish every day. Working in so many countries keeps us on our toes because the regulatory environment changes daily. This company requires you to be a creative problem solver and cool, calm and collected under pressure. If you can do that, you will fit right in!

Pros

I have worked for many companies large and small and Globalization Partners is, by far, my favorite. The culture is positive with zero drama or office politics - a rare find. All of the Departments really go the extra mile to help each other out and everyone is clear on the mission and company goals. There is a HUGE focus on making sure clients are happy and their employees have the smoothest possible onboarding experience. Add very generous health insurance benefits, 401K one for one matching, a paid sabbatical at 5 years and you really can't do too much better. This is my dream job for sure.

Cons

The distributed workforce can make communication a little challenging at times but it's nearly always the technology.
