After the divestment of the business from Bayer, GP played the role of an employer on behalf of 2022 Environmental Sciences. They were just perfect in this role.

Cons

There is nothing to share in this section from my experience.

- Excellent collaborative culture - Great pay - Strong technical folks to collaborate with - Fully remote work

Cons

- Lots of jobs being moved to India (presumably due to cost), which comes with collaboration challenges and timezone difficulties - Two years running the company has laid people off in November / December
