it is a us company with Mexican benefits, even the company has a culture of paying well, overall for the quality of professionals (experience and education) I feel they pay too little. Directors of the Mexican branch have been involved in some scandals and it is not remote, its just remote within Mexico, you can't work and travel, you have to noticed even if you change the state that you are working from
