      Pros

      From talent acquisition through onboarding the process exceeded all expectations. The team are friendly, professional, and efficient and the company has a culture that takes diversity and integrity seriously. The engineering team are outstanding, expert, friendly, committed to continuous improvement, fostering best practices, and developing talent and expertise. The projects that are currently in progress are exciting and challenging and the firm is committed to proven Agile and BDD processes, practices and technologies. I haven't been this excited about a new role in a very long time!

      If things continue as they have to date, I will find it very difficult to add cons to this review!

There are concerns around leadership accountability, particularly where individuals involved in previous unsuccessful architecture initiatives have since moved into director-level roles. This can create the impression that decision-making is concentrated among a small group, while broader expertise across the organisation is undervalued. Overall, the company would benefit from stronger strategic leadership, more transparent decision-making, and a culture that better recognises the experience and input of wider teams.

      Great colleagues, but toxic upper management issues

      Pros

      A lot of work and learn opportunities and great minds to work with. Very relaxed environment.

      Cons

      The upper management is very toxic and have become vindictive. Many great minded engineers left due to unilateral decision making architects. No clear direction.
