      Their benefits are great compared to many companies based in my country.

      Cons

      For sales professionals, this is not the best environment: -You are assigned leads depending on tiers, and even though you are assigned the lowest tier at entry level, only favoritism plays a part here as time passes and you're never assigned leads at hotter tiers, which keeps you at the bottom of the whole chain if no one ever favors you with hotter leads. -Since you're not getting good leads, you're being pressured to achieve their crazy monthly goals that no entry level rep is able to meet EVER -Talking about goals: at the very beginning of 2022, they doubled the appointments required per month and lowered the value of each in half

      Constant re-prioritization leads to necessary work being shelved Redundancies every year, mine was announced in February after I though I was safe with no warning at all No QA department, that's all left on the developer teams Leadership is obsessed with the "promise of AI"
