We appreciate you sharing your experiences and have taken action around benefits. In October, we rolled out enhancements to our benefits based on employee feedback with the intention of creating more consistency globally. During that period, we hosted internal huddles in different time zones to share and discuss these enhancements and shared the benefits broadly through all of our channels. We are also concerned about your feelings around our recent realignment, which affected less than 10% of G-P globally. Please know this was not a decision made lightly and occurred because our path forward necessitated that we better align our teams with our multi-year plan.
