A friendly and inclusive workplace A culture of recognition and reward A strong team with a clear vision for the company There is a desire for all of them to work together to reach the goals of the whole company

Cons

Sometimes the lack of communication between areas of the business can be seen as frustrating but this is really easily overcome if you are willing to put in the work, generally people appreciate the fact you have made the effort to reach out to them and are ready to offer help or feedback where necessary.

A culture of recognition and reward A strong team with a clear vision for the company A friendly and inclusive workplace Genuine desire for people to stay with the company and advance their career Very accessible senior management team Willing to listen to new ideas and make changes Though business units are very different there is a desire for all of them to work together to reach the goals of the whole company

Cons

So far I have not really found many if at all. Generally the company has been a great place to work to date and I've suffered no real downsides. Sometimes the lack of communication between areas of the business can be seen as frustrating but this is really easily overcome if you are willing to put in the work, generally people appreciate the fact you have made the effort to reach out to them and are ready to offer help or feedback where necessary.
