- Excellent managerial experience opportunity - Ability to participate in corporate training (paid for) - Very quick pace, ability to multi task developed very quickly - helps develop quick thinking and efficient decision making skills

Cons

- Depending on airport can be a negative work environment - Hours can range from 4 am til 12 am - Salary does not meet work requirements, just below - Ever changing work environment (aviation rules change frequently)

Business is contract based, so if the company loses a contract lays offs are expected. It is very hard to move up in this company.
