Pros
- Pay isn’t bad but all depends on location - Schedule is consistent but all depends on location - Training was really easy - Good supervisors - Site has great internal staff - Law enforcement was very respectful
Cons
- Little to no room for advancement - Job can be very boring at times - No 401k matching, expensive health insurance, and no PTO until you have been there for a year and then it’s 1 week. - Payroll system is archaic. They set up direct deposit but it takes months and in the mean time you either pay to have your checks mailed or they issue a EBT card and pay the $3 fee to transfer your check to your bank account. - Minimum wage during training and no mileage or food allowance while in training so if you come from fairly far it’s costly to the employee - Uniforms are issued however the shoes that are required are at cost to the employee and are around $100 - Lots and lots of turn over and critical manning
