If you like working by yourself thats about it.
Cons
Passive aggressive management that does not show any interest in the well being or happiness of their employees. Very little paperwork to do and then they get mad at you and put you down for not having enough work to do? They are a contracted company working for another company, Securus which means theres multiple people to answer to and the communication is the absolute worse, tech support rarely answers so it takes weeks, sometimes months to get things fixed which then reflects bad on you as you are the only face of the company for a facility. Never felt more under appreciated/ lack of respect anywhere like this.
