Good job security. Employees are really nice to work with.

Cons

They don’t care if something break or isn’t running correctly as long as product can still be pushed out, no matter how difficult or unsafe it makes the job. They would rather the employees work through it than to fix it

Micromanagement, hostile atmosphere, tasks not clearly defined. The supervisors contradict each other, one of which doesn’t even know how to turn any machine on. Ever since new mgmt place went to ****.
