Honestly? Its the same with ANY salaried position: work-life balance is always difficult to justify.

Porvides great experiance and great learning environment.

Cons

My experiance was a bit rushed when I started and didn't allow for proper exposure before being thrown in the deep end, leading to underpreparedness and difficulty on large projects.
