Environment and work culture is a transparent and inviting to open conversation. Company offers excellent benefits. Employee centered and focus.

Cons

If you expect monotonous work, this is not the place. It is often very stressful and fast pace (at least in the IT side).

The managers of the particular facility would treat everyone as though they were incompetent, but expected everyone in the department to complete all of their work for them so that they didn't need to leave the office. Would not show up to the office until it was convenient, and then was impatient with workers when they wanted something done.

Racism is well hidden but comes to the surface the longer you're here. HR is a total nightmare unless you kiss butt. If you pretend nothing is wrong, you'll be fine. Once you start calling people out for laziness, you'll be targeted by HR and fired. Seen it happen on many occasions
