- Overtime pay - 3 weeks vacation - Diverse work force - Accumulation of knowledge (you must know everything about the process...literally)

Cons

- Manpower issues - Depending on staffing, vacation days are extremely hard to come by - You will work a lot of hours (excessive of 80-90 sometimes)
