Weekly pay , good pay, & work is not as hard as other places

Cons

Hr sucks, management is a joke, they will promote the yes sirs, without experience over those that have the experience and knowledge but that stand up for the team , they play favorites, and act like high-schoolers taking behind people's backs

Amazing Company, Great Pay, Good Culture

Pros

Large clean office with subsidized cafeteria, gym and many other benefits. The work pace is manageable for such a large company. Staff is friendly and efficient. They are going to SAP in 2027 which is a major win. The managers and directors are great, some of the best I've ever had. Summer Fridays and nice work events. Very very happy here. Pay is great and benefits. This is a place to stay for 10 , 20 , 30 years.

Cons

They are moving from a 3:2 to 4:1 in office policy. I have zero issues with this, my only issue is how many remote employees they have that are not affected by this. May people moved during covid and now are exempt from this and its not fair to those who travel to the office.
