Pros

I genuinely liked many of my co-workers. The pay was decent, The benefits were just okay. I learned a lot and had a fair share of opportunities come my way.

Cons

Long hours, politics, favoritism. I worked like an on-call employee due to the nature of my responsibilities, but I was not "on-call." Watch your back; if they decide they don't need you, you'll be out. A dedicated employee for more than 20 years. I would have retired from this place... oh well.

Great Pay and lovely team. People share all the knowledge with each other

Cons

There is no structure, so no support team exists. Leadership team keeps changing often which does not help the growth of an invidvidual.
