Pros

Great solid corporate co. Good pay, fair policies, good benefits, great safety program, consistent work. Provides jobs to rural area. Good location ione plant

Cons

Poorly run. Money waisted. Lots of dust covering the plant and nearby town. Way to many hours sometimes 30 10 to 12 hour days in a row. Change work schedule often and on a whim.

Great benefits, even though they raised the premiums yearly so the company wouldn't have to take the brunt of the inflation.

Cons

Poor management that micromanaged. Slow corporate response time for any project.
