      Pros

      I found the environment to be very welcoming, and friendly. The compensation was very generous. The HQ location is very nice and had great energy about it.

      Cons

      It often felt like the organization did not bind well - arguably even less so between teams within a department than interdepartmentally. It certainly didn’t feel like everyone was rowing in the same direction.

      Lots of opportunity for growth. Many changes at the organization which is exciting.

      Cons

      With many changes at the company, some employees are looking for more clarity on the future, which isn't always possible. I thrive in this environment, others may not.

      Company has good benefits and the culture has been good. There’s a new CEO so we will see what the vision is to come.

      You get pulled into a bunch of other task and they still expect the same output with your day to day task
