      It’s a big company with many departments. Work is ok. Not much room for advancement.

      Pros

      Good benefits and 401K company match.

      Cons

      Depending on your department there is very little room to move up. You have to wait for someone to die or quit before an opportunity arises and it’s very cliquey in a bad way. It’s a privately owned company so good luck.

      The pay is good and the co-workers are helpful.

      Cons

      Work/life balance there isn't one. Plan on not having a summer. They work 12 days on and 2 days off every spring thru fall. Management and supervisors are aweful. Into the blame game rather then fixing the problem. Expect to work 16 hr days on little to no notice. If someone calls in to work the least senior person has to stay and cover for them. If you like money and having no life then this job is for you.
