      Fantastic culture, beautiful building, gym on site, great benefits, lots of room for advancement even between departments.

      Cons

      Not a con but communication for events on campus is sometimes not that great, more viability would be helpful

      Choosing to work for GAF has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Great Culture Team atmosphere Great Benefits and incentives Management is great to work for Many employees have made long term careers Company will continue to grow

      For this position individual needs to have industry experience, would not recommend for someone who has not held a outside sales role in the building industry.

      Pros

      Excellent work life balance. Incredible benefits, much better than my previous employer. Pay is generous. Best 401k program I've seen.

      Cons

      The constant travel can get repetitive but one can turn this into a positive by making the most out of the trips you take.
