Networking opportunities are not uncommon; many plant visits, employee resource groups, and company events facilitate this. Friendliness is a driving force in an otherwise productive environment; everyone is always willing to lend a hand and share their knowledge. Recognition; You will be recognized for your work, no matter how minute the task. Overall, this will put your foot into a door where you'll be welcomed and encouraged to grow, with support from all sides.

Pros

Relaxed, relatively easy labor, great starting pay and benefits, and work with some good people. This company is always trying to improve in many areas as well, and the FORCE program is a fantastic way for employees at all levels voices' to be heard.

Cons

The 2-2-3 schedule is not for everyone. It can be hard to adjust to, and I'd say some folks just can't adjust to it.
