Cons

Lack of work life balance, averaged 90 hours a week where overtime was mandatory. Management is non existent only out to blame when something goes wrong, goes out of his way to point fingers. Praise on the other hand is non existent. Pressure when equipment is down is unfathomable a multitude of people coming up with ideas that aren’t helpful. There is no ownership by operators.

The people you work with are great!

Cons

The longer you are there, the more that gets piled on your plate with empty promises. Somehow the company is making more money than ever but the employees at the bottom make less?
