Offices that are not at their main HQ will often feel like satellites. They typically get staffed last and get word of changes in corporate policy last. GAI is making lots of acquisitions but it seems like the pace of growth is too quick and the company has had difficulty integrating people into its business.

Poor pay. Barely anyone can get bonuses. You are lucky to get more than a 50 cent raise a year. Doesn't put a lot of time and money into training because of that many lead environmental specialists lack knowledge that is needed in the field. Promote people who should not or is not ready to be promoted. Benefits are horrible, they try to sale it to you like it is great, but it's one of the worst that I have seen.
