      Good total compensation package but easy to get forgotten in the big company

      Pros

      Good management and lots of support for all positions.

      Cons

      It's a huge company with many organizational layers. Unless you enter into a specialized role, it's hard to make an impact on the overall decisions that are being made. Also, over prioritization of DEI, gender inequality, and racial disparities has gone over the top and is excluding many hard working folks just because they are considered "normal".

      Overall great work life balance. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Not a design engineering based company. Most if not all engineering is outsourced to contractors, you become a jack of all trades.
