      Pros

      Good company if you are an average employee. You can hide for 36 years and retire.

      Cons

      Gallo Family has lost control of their business. The senior Management Team is mediocre, unimaginative, not innovative and believes in status quo. They are trying to convert it into a public company and steal salaries and perks for themselves.

      Very fair compensation and benefits. Employees become like family. You always have the resources to do your job.

      Most Executives and Managers walk around with an attitude of entitlement. Very gossipy place.

      A case of wine towards the end of the year, every year. Softball tournament every year within the company. Yearly team outing activity. Breath taking walking path around the admin building.

      Cons

      Management care too much about their bonuses and checking off a check box taking on more projects then head count can account for.
