      Lots of hype for this company, but I don't see it.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty decent and competitive.

      Cons

      Terrible communication between management and the team. Most of the equipment is either broken or ancient. Very little opportunity to move up in your role. Constant changing work schedule makes work/life balance difficult.

      Toxic Environment

      Pros

      Great employee appreciation gifts and some of the family is very respectful of the employees.

      Cons

      Some family acts extremely entitled and treats hospitality members as slaves. Additionally, they create a very toxic competitive workspace. They turn coworkers against each other and make you keep secrets from one another. If you ever want to really progress within the company you have to move to Modesto.

      Solid business, but current HR corporate goals are not inclusive of all people

      Lots of good people that work here

      Cons

      Biased towards non-white males to fill quotas. I would not recommend a younger white male to work here at this time. Also, pay compared to the high cost of living is on the low end.
